We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover/Novus Credit Cards. Only Visa and Master Card Debit Cards are accepted. We also accept business checks, money orders and international bank drafts and wire transfers.Back to TopWhy don't you include free freight in your price?
What appears to be free isn't always what it seems. We use actual Manufacturer's Retail List Prices which are not inflated to cover freight. From there, we discount all our products and work on very small margins. There just isn't enough for us to include freight too! We have found by taking the extra steps to get fresh quotes on each item ordered, we can usually save you more money, often quite a bit! It takes a little more work on our part but we believe (as our satisfied customer do) that it is much better and more accurate for you! No. Our manufacturers use a network of national dealers and do not sell directly to the end user. If you call them, they will refer you hopefully back to us if not another dealer. Another dealer would only happen if you forget to tell them you came from our web site. We hope you don't do that! Back to Top Can I return an item that I just don't want?
Absolutely! If you decided you just don't want the item after receiving it within 7 days, we will replace the item or provide a credit for the full merchandise amount less any shipping charges and a restocking fee. But, you must call us to obtain a factory authorization before returning any items. Remember, merchandise returned without authorization will be refused by the factory and you will be charged freight in both directions. Back to Top What does guaranteed low price actually mean?
Our cutomers tell us we have really great prices! We discount all our item and sell below actual MSR retail. By working with very small margins we are able offer the best products we know of at the best prices we can obtain. Back to Top Why don't you offer terms?
You, our customer, are the most important element in our business, without you we would not have a business. Ranking a close second are our manufacturers. We try to keep our overhead costs at a minimum and pay our supplier promptly. That way, we can pass on our low overhead savings directly to you while keeping our suppliers happy to have us as one of their 'really good' dealers. No. The vast majority of our merchandise is shipped via UPS, and a valid street address is needed to ensure proper delivery. If a P.O. Box is used as a shipping address, an error message will appear when submitting the order. Back to Top Can I ship my order to a different address?
Yes! When you place your order and come to the Check Out screen, be sure to complete all requested information on the form. There is a section for both a 'bill to' and 'ship to' address designed for this very purpose. Remember to use a street address, not a Post Office Box, for any shipping address.
