ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR OF THESE CLASSES

MANI CARATHANASSIS is one of the finest instructors available anywhere, offering the rare combination of 41 years of broad hands-on experience with 40 years of technical training background.  He spent over 25 years in a corporate technical management environment, working for IBM, CBS, SIAC, Coopers & Lybrand and Citibank.  He has taught for 25 years at NYU as an Adjunct Associate Professor, is the founder and director of Technical Computer Seminars and has authored two best-selling books published by McGraw-Hill, "EXPERT MVS/XA JCL" and "EXPERT MVS/ESA JCL".  He is a recognized authority on MVS JCL. MISCELLANEOUS INFORMATION

PUBLIC CLASSES (see schedule):
The fee for each class includes attendance at the class, a set of handout material and coffee and cake throughout the day.  It is payable in advance to Technical Computer Seminars.
A 10% discount will be applied if three or more persons from the same company attend the same class.

IN-HOUSE CLASSES:
All classes can be taught in-house (on the client's premises). Classes will be tailored to the client's software/hardware environment.  This is accomplished by having the client fill out a multi-page "Installation Questionnaire". A class can also be modified to accommodate the client's special needs.  The effort to tailor or modify a class is at no cost to the client.
For most classes, an additional day is recommended for hands-on workshop exercises.  The fees are based on per-diem and can prove economical. For example, a four-day class for 10 students will cost under $7,200. Ask for more details about our in-house fees. 
Instructor will travel to any location for an in-house class.
